Like a nest, there are many materials and components necessary to make a stable, safe, and sustainable structure in our community. Your contribution to WREN (Women's Rights & Empowerment Network), big or small, is essential in the same way.

Women's Rights & Empowerment Network (WREN), is a South Carolina-based network created to build a movement to advance the health, economic well-being, and rights of South Carolina’s women, girls, and their families. WREN provides a strong, collective voice for South Carolina’s women and girls.

WREN:

  • Advocates at the Statehouse and public agencies for policies and laws that will improve the status of women.

  • Educates the public on the issues that affect women and girls.

  • Empowers people and strengthens the capacity of organizations and businesses to support women and young people of all ages, races, and abilities.

  • Builds coalitions of organizations, businesses, and individuals who are committed to improving opportunities for South Carolinians.

WREN convenes diverse voices, collects and disseminates research, and shares information about practical solutions to promote gender equality and improve our state’s health and economic vitality.
